These are common questions asked by parents who have a child with an acute or chronic illness. Counseling can help to provide guidance, support and advocacy. Often academic concerns arise for children with chronic illness. Certain individuals may be in need of academic intervention or support. Students may benefit from an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or acommondations under a 504 plan.
